SPO Site Permissions flyoutnot showing "Share Site" section

Question

I changed the URL of a site in SharePoint online and since then the Site Permissions flyout doesn't give the ability to share the site. Permissions can only be updated via the advanced permissions section of Site Settings.

F12 toolbar gives an error about an invalid URL, but even if I fix that in the console it still doesn't load.

I have tested in my end and I could not reproduce the issue.

I have changed the site collection URL in the SharePoint admin center, then go to the Site permissions of this site collection, it shows as usual.

Which browser you are using? Please try to access the site collection in another browser to check whether the issue occurs.

And I suggest you check your permission, then clear the browser cache to check whether the issue occurs.
