Windows 10 - Folder Share - Error

Me - a very seasoned IT veteran with 2 decades of PC experience in a company environment

Desktop
Windows 10

Yesterday cloned existing HDD to new SDD

All worked 100% (as I expect with a clone that i've done 100s of)

The problem -

A shared folder on this drive, that was working before the cloning, cannot be accessed.

I have removed the share and setup the share under Advanced sharing and still 3 other computers don't have access.

The error:

*****Windows cannot access \Station09-PC
You do not have permission to access \Station09-PC.*****

I can see all computers under Network.
I can ping across the network. Internet works fine.

I can use \Station09-PC and it pops up as found.

I have not tried using the IP address.

Network has file and printer sharing checked. Guest and Public are all good. Passwords are a No.

I checked the share and all permissions are set for Everyone.

Security has the Everyone item with all permissions set.

However, under Security, I do not see the Administrators principal item listed. Is this one necessary?

Thanks for any suggestions.

D.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    1. Please try to disable Windows 10 Firewall and check if there is external firewall rule which may block this connection.
    2. Please try disable Antivirus program for temporary.
    3. Please check date and time are Sync of both PC.
    4. Try to create new Test folder and give full permission to everyone and see if you are able to access it.
