Free Azure AD with two forests?

Is this possible? We have two domains X and Y. Users will be separated between the domains, logging into their Windows 10 PCs using their email address (azure joined). Some PCs will be joined to domain X and other to domain Y. If a users from X needs to use a computer that is domain Y joined, they can simply log in using their domain X credentials because of a trust between the two.
