Can't Create Printer Port On Windows 11

I installed Windows 11 Pro yesterday. I can't create printer port manually. It seems grayed out.

Probably this must be a bug, since windows 11 was released not even 48 hours, I recommend that you post your question on the windows 11 forum, this way you will be received by the team responsible for it.
