Error trying to connect shared printer (0x0000011b)

Recently we tried to connect two new Windows 10 Pro computers to a shared printer on the network (it's a Dymo labelwriter 400 Turbo shared on another PC). We have this shared on three other computers previously. They all work. This is a domain and the printer is listed. We have installed the Dymo Labelwriter software on the local machines (required to utilize this label printer across a network). When we try to connect we IMMEDIATELY get an error that it cannot be installed. The details show error 0x0000011b.

So far, everything we've found on the internet has to do with a Microsoft update (KB5005065) but that update is NOT on the two machines we're getting this error on (note, we CAN add this to a server just fine, as a test case).

We see nothing in the event logs about this failure to install so we're only able to go on this error code. Can anyone offer suggestions how to get past this error and get this printer installed?
