Methods or services to capture data changes without CDC

Hi,

I am very impressed with the AWS DMS Replication functionality.

I would like to be able to do similar data capture in Azure, capturing data from SQL Server and saving it in a Data Lake. The current sources I am dealing with don't have CDC turned on.

IS there a service in the Azure space that offers this functionality?
