Storage Space/Pool - could not recognize: change settings stalling

I have a storage pool created with 3 drives in Parity configuration in Windows 10
One of the drives failed
I wanted to remove the failed drive and add a new drive to recover storage pool
When I tried to "Change settings) with admin privileges -- the clock spins but nothing is happening ( like options for the drives to rest/remove/rename choice not appearing
I need to recover this storage pool with the failed drives replaced.
Please help me with the steps and how to overcoming "Change settings" not working issue
