Hello good morning i have a problem I have been working correctly with my dynamic pivots until today, when i make some change in my data and i want to refresh all the dynamic pivots the information is still the information before it doesn´t change i use also power pivot in this workbook i dont´t know if it could be the problem or if it is related with the cache i hope you can help me thanks.
Please go to PivotTable Analyze tab > Data group > Change Data Source > Change Data Source, then check the range to avoid being affected by its changes.
If this is a Power PivotTable, please go to PivotTable Analyze tab > Data group > Change Data Source > Connection Propertities, then right-click the connection, go to Propertities, make sure the box of "Refresh this connection on Refresh All" is ticked.
And then you could click Refresh All, or even click twice to check the problem.
Besides, if you have any filter set on your PivotTable, please remember to clear it for a test.

I have already verified in data source the properties and yes, the box of Refresh this connection on Refresh All is ticked and I have cleared the filters and the problem is still there, yesterday I made a windows restore and installed office 365 again and the problem was solved the data was updated correctly buy I have made an update to the latest office 365 version that includes XLookUp and the problem has appeared again and about ranges My pivot tables comes from Power pivot I hope you can help me thank you in advance.
By the way this problem happened to me two months ago and I solved it deleting all my pivot tables and making it again but it takes me a lot of time and the problem comes again after.

Have you tried to roll back the Office version to have a check?
Besides, where is the data in Power Pivot imported from?
Currently, I suggest you make sure that the fields in Power PivotTable and Power Pivot are the same.
Please ensure the box of "Refresh data when opening the file".
And then go to PivotTable Analyze > Options in PivotTable group > Under Data tab, check the box of "Refresh data when opening the file".
The data base is in the same workbook i made some tables and i did my data model from that tables.
About my problem i have made many tests i deleted all my pivot tables, my dynamic charts and my data model and i did everything again.
Firstly i made my data model with just the pivot tables, i have 14 fields in each pivot table and i have 4 pivot tables and when i refreshed all it was working good and then i have inserted the dynamic charts and it was working good but when i changed the formats and the properties it started to fail again it was not refreshing so i opened a previous version of that workbook and i did the same pivot tables with the same fields and the same data and in that workbook it was refreshing as it should and then i copied the dynamic chart of the previous version to newest dynamic chart and it is working in the newest version but if i make a simple change in the properties it fails again, now i am working good but I would like to know why if i make a change it doesnt work, when i copied the dynamic chart to the newest one what did i copied the properties, the cache?
And about your recommendation i did it and I tried to make a change in the dynamic chart and refrsh it and it didnt work.
