There are a few options, the easiest is do a backup and restore using your current backup and restore solution, or use Robocopy to copy the files from one server to another.

I am planning to migrate a file server from one server to a new server. I want to perform this migration keeping the same access rights for users.
What is teh best way to perfor this migration?
