when I want to open word...

please help me...

    Welcome to Q&A forum!
    According to the error message, are you using the Office for Mac?
    If so, please update your Office to the latest version first.
    And when did the issue start? Have you installed any other third-party programs before this issue?

    Per my research, the error may be caused by an Adobe add-in called LinkCreation.dotm.
    Please navigate to ~/Library/Group Containers/UB48T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word and remove the add-in "LinkCreation.dotm". File could also be called SaveAsAdobePDF.

    If you are using the Office for Windows, please refer to JohnKorchok's suggestion to repair your Office for a check.
