I am being charged $29 every month despite all subscriptions are in disabled state.
I am being charged $29 every month despite the fact that my subscriptions are all in disabled state. If I try to remove my card, it takes me to
Developer support
This payment method is being used by the Azure subscription Developer support. Go to that subscription and select Cancel, then Delete the subscription.
Replace
Disable and delete subscription >
If I got to 'Disable and delete subscription', it takes me to My subscriptions. All 3 subscriptions including Developer support is in 'disabled' status and there is no delete option.
Raising a support request fails as well indicating permissions but this is just my account and has 'Global Administrator' privilege. What are my options here?
