Keyboard issue for Windows 10 home

Question

I have a Lenovo ideapad P580 with Windows 10 Home. It used to work fine but lately it crashed because of ETD.SYS failure .I reset the system but now it doesn't detect the integrated keyboard, trackpad or even my usb keyboard .In Device Manager ,it shows a Code 19 error.

Hi there,

Code 19 indicates that there is an error in the registry of your operating system and it causes serious problems with hardware devices connected to your system. This might lead to hardware devices malfunctioning and not working on your operating system, in your case the integrated keyboard, trackpad & USB keyboard.
I would suggest you to update the BIOS and drivers of the PC.

Consider using the on screen keyboard to reinstall the driver from the Lenovo or component manufacturer websites:
