SUGGESTION: Synapse Pipeline-Level Tagging and Cost Monitoring

Can you enable tagging and cost monitoring for each pipeline?

We would like to tag pipelines by the departments/teams who use them. This can help us monitor costs and make budgets for the future with some real data (Pricing Calculator is not granular enough). And in Azure Cost Management or Azure Monitor, we would like to filter by pipeline names or the pipeline tags.
