Cannot upload package for a patch for my Xbox Game, stuck at Uploading if above 2gb file

Currently in the partners center I'm trying to upload a new package to patch my game for Xbox. While I had no issues uploading packages for the main app, for this patch I'm always stuck at "Uploading" and it never ends uploading at all. Here's a screenshot:
I've been testing trying to upload different files, and it seems anything above 2gb it always gets stuck. I've tried with different browsers, different computers, different internet connections, etc. No dice. I need to upload this patch as soon as possible, can someone help me? Thank you.

You have to contact the store team directly. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. Then talk to the store support engineer who could directly check your submission status in the backend. Sorry for the inconvenience.
