SharePoint 2019 report viewer webpart

hello 

i've an issue with report viewer webpart, i got this error when i tried to view ssrs report from sharepoint webpart "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized"

i tried the following with no luck

  • disable Asp.Net Impersonate
  • configure Claims to Windows Token Service using Microsoft article
  • configure kerberos authentication
    any new idea?

    Based on the information you provided, it should be a asp.net application authentication error,you can add <identity impersonate = true /> within <system.web> tag in web.config file, and then have a try.

    Note:

    Before modifying the web.config file directly, it is recommended that you backup the web.config file first.
