CDN Image Resize With Url

We have one storage and cdn. In our old cdn structure, we were able to do this by entering parameters to resize the images. However, I couldn't find it despite searching a lot in Azure documents. Could you help me on the subject?

For Example URL: https://halilcdn.azureedge.net/images/1634402281160.png
