I've developed an app in .NET with C#, that app rely mostly on .py scripts.
Now i need to deploy my app to end users.
Is it possible to embed python inside my project installer or i must install python separate manually ?

If you use a commercial/open source solution like InstallAware, WiX toolset or similar, then embedding another installer (such as Python) is rather simple.
