Microsoft Store keeps be broken. No acquisitions data in the last 2 days!

I always see this shit since EVER:

Why it takes you SO LONG to fix this??? When you are going to fix this?

Now it no even got worse!
A few days ago, I could see new data even if it was delayed data.
NOW I don't see data at all!!

Same for the data in Add-on acquisitions

Btw, on the Add-on acquisitions page, you don't even put this notification!

if you keep this system broken, I will stop using Microsoft Store for selling my app because I lose money if you fail to collect purchase data!

PLEASE FIX THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I have to say that our forum support can't help with this. You might need to talk to the store team directly to report this behavior. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us, find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose CHAT NOW or SUBMIT AN INCIDENT

IF YOU WILL KEEP THIS SUPER BAD "SUPPORT" I WILL STOP SELLING MY APP IN THIS SERVICE!

I almost decided to hide the product now in the store but I will wait with it another 1-3 days because I want that the support team will see the issue before I hide it

I understand your feelings. The ticket support should reach you soon. One thing that I want to say is that when contacting store support via ticket, please describe your issue clearly instead of just posting this link. That will help the support understand your issue better. If you still haven't got a response via the ticket after 3 business days, you could come back and share the ticket number with me. I'll send the ticket number to the store team and ask them to check it.
