dear All

In our environment, we are Using SUSE Linux Enterprise server + patch only. but unfortunately (actually Miss guided) we reserve SUSE Linux enterprise server + 24/7 support Image.

is there is any possibility to cancel the RI and get the reFound?

    Good day Suresh

    Your issue is directly related to billing and billing support is given for free.

    Open a support ticket from the Azure Portal in your subscription and make sure that you choose billing as the category of support.

    I am pretty sure that the answer will be that this is not an option since the template include the license but let them give you the official answer
