how to update share point list by excel sheet that have multiple work sheet and i am want to save all data with in share point list

by using power auto mate i m want to update my list from excel sheet there have a one table or 12 work sheet and i want to save all data
i am create list for each work sheet and save data to list with work sheet row how it will be done i m done with table to save data but not found way to save data to list from work sheet
i also fetch name or id of work sheet but not found way for fetch colmn

We could create a new list from an excel, for example, use the existing file in this site named Book.xlsx:

Format as Table after you open it.

Then close it and click refresh.

Click next and select the table to create the list.

Then the list is created successfully.
