I'm a professor at Glendale Community College and I tried to get my students setup with the Azure Student Account. Three of them got the message that they were not eligible. They verified through their phones and were using their school email address so not sure what is happening.

    Hi @Lein,Ken ,

If they are receiving the message, ""You're not eligible for an Azure free account", there are a few things that could trigger that error.

    1) They already signed up for a free offer in the past and are ineligible
    2) They are using the Chrome browser. (I know there have been issues with Chrome in the past. I believe these got resolved, but it still might be worth switching browsers to confirm.)
    3) If the students are not local, it may not be available in their country. They could try changing regions or connecting with a VPN.

I would recommend going to the Azure for Education Contact page for support: https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/en-us/institutions/Contact

    Thanks,

    Marilee
