We are provisioning a number of laptops for Hybrid-joined status. We're having to switch out laptops and need to reporivion them frequently. Is there any was to get the HWID from Intune? Our provisioning if failing about half the time and one thing we do is totally delete th3e 3device from Intune/Azure, then we have to image the laptop so we can get in to get the HWID again and re-import it. This is frustrating! Are there any good instructions for troubleshooting provisioning? (white-glove), so two questions, how to get the HWID and how to troubleshoot these issues. Thanks for any help!

Thanks Elizabeth, added the tags. We're not having trouble getting the HWID when we can get into the device, it's when the provisioning fails and the only way to get to a desktop is to reimage it so we can log in and run the PS script. We're at a point where about a 3rd of our devices fail and we haven't figured out how to troubleshoot the issue yet. I thinking that if I can get the HWID from intune, I can just export it, delete the device and start again by re-importing it.

@Jack H , On Intune side, we can get all the devices' hardware information which are assigned to a specific Autopilot profile. Here is a link for the reference:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/114309/export-list-of-devices-with-assigned-profile-name.html

If we want to find what is the affected one, we can open case to check the background log to see if we can find it.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/get-support

Or we can try to see if we can open PowerShell when we click Win+R in red screen on the affected device. If yes, then we can get hardware information there. Here is a link for the reference:
    https://www.anoopcnair.com/windows-autopilot-whiteglove-provisioning/
Note: non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

    Hope it can help.

There has been a change in the enrollment process for self deployment and pre-provisioning methods -

"For deployments where the profile is set to self-deploying mode (Public Preview) or pre-provisioning mode (formerly known as white glove, also in Public Preview), you cannot automatically re-enroll a device through Autopilot after an initial deployment in either of these modes. Instead, delete the device record in Microsoft Intune All Devices blade before re-deploying a device"
