Hi everyone,
a customer had FSlogix profile container configured in a Citrix FARM.
Users call the helpdesk telling that all sessions are freezed, after some investigation customer identify that the standalone fileserver (not cluster or DFSR) is freezed.
The customer are unable to logoff session user from Citrix and reboot the fileserver.
After reboot the file server some user had a degraded profile.

Which is the Best Practice in this case?

You need redundancy to prevent this from happening so you should use cloud cache. There is enough documentation on this.

As for the corrupt profiles, you probably have to recreate them.
