    @Nuwan Fernando When you access Azure CLI from Azure Portal, during initial set up you will be requested to create a storage account and a file share. Based on the usage, you will charged. If this storage account is part of free service, then you will not be charged.

    For instance, sharing an cost for an storage account which is used for azure cli.
