Single sign on for Azure AD

Question

Please can you advise us with Single Sign On for Azure Ad and third Party applications

We would like to verify the following Azure AD Access and permissions

1. When the user is authenticated, check if they are a active user or not.
2. Once they have been authenticated, will we be able to get a list of projects they have access too?

I have read through the below documentation, but did not find anything related to my above questions.

To view role assignments, you can do so here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/view-assignments

If you wish to assign new roles to users you can that here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/manage-roles-portal

Thanks for the response.

No, what I mean is, is this user's account enabled on the Azure AD.

For a list of projects, yes I am talking about their permissions.
