Hi @Kemppaik ,
What role did you assign to the user? Role assignment is divided into item-level and system roles. System role assignments do not grant access to items in the folder hierarchy.
You need to ensure that the user accounts or group accounts you specify in the role assignment are all domain accounts. The report server can reference users and groups in a Microsoft Windows domain (if you are using a custom security extension, other security modes), but you cannot create or manage users and groups in it. When adding a user to a group with an existing role assignment, Internet Information Services (IIS) must be reset for the new role assignment to take effect.
For more information, please see:

Best Regards,
Joy
