I have been trying to upload my app to the App store for TestFlight all day and it consistently gets stuck "uploading application bundle". the "altool" process seems to work for a while and uploads packets and then gets stuck and doesn't upload any more. No errors are reported.
I have rebuilt the app, i have rebooted my machine. My network is fine and i have not had this problem with this same computer in the past.
Any suggestions?

You said the "altool" process , may I ask do you use Transporter?
No, i do not use Transporter (whatever that is!)
I use Xamarin Vistual Studio to distribute the app archive to the app store.
I discovered that there was an Apple license update that I had not yet agreed to. As soon as I did that things worked!
I do not understand why that situation does not result in an error message rather than simply stopping the upload but that appears to be the case.
