The link you visited is the list of supported processors for the Windows 10 and not Windows 11
List of supported Intel processors for the Windows 11 is:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
And unfortunately your CPU is not listed.
Idid not get any notifications of windows 11 because of the system requirements. My laptop processor is shown in the list of supported processor also but still it is showing the processor isn't currently supportd for windows 11.

The processor is selected by various parameters and the important one is DCH Design Principles.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/develop/dch-principles-best-practicesSome of the 7th generation processors and all 8th generation Intel processors are supported for Windows 11. It seems your Intel i3 7020u is not on the list and it might not support Windows 11.
