Why isn`t the Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz on the list of approved CPUs for windows 11. It meets all requirements I can find on the internet. Was it omitted in error?

    somewhere in the internet it says the cpu (4th Generation) is too old. Win 11 will only go back from 8th Generation going forward. see list on *.html websites listed as a starting point.
