Error 0X80090029 : TPM console not loading

The issue I'm experiencing is kinda strange: when I try to log into Teams he will show me this error screen (attached) that displays an 80090030 error, so something's wrong with my TPM. But when I open tpm.msc and try to update it or even look at anything related to my TPM it gives me an "HRESULT 0X80090029" error, saying that the pc is not able to load the management console (attached).
Basically I've tried everything I found online: both from accessing the BIOS and checking manually the TPM (which is actually there and enabled. Even tried to disable and enable it back) and from clearing the TPM from Device Security and rebooting my laptop.
I dont really know what to do, I didnt use Teams for a long time (or even at all?) on this laptop because in the last year or so I've been attending my lessons from my other bigger computer, so basically I haven't got any clue about what's going on.

EDIT(1): for anyone wondering what the error on team screen says I'm going to translate it from italian:
