What happens if the Target version prefix for Google Chrome is changed to an updated version?

My agency has a Google Chrome policy (via GPO) with a configured Target version prefix of 87.x.x.x.. If I change the Target version prefix to the latest update, 95.x.x.x.x, does this automatically update Google Chrome to the latest version? If so, what do I need to do to make this happen?

Please advise.
