We are using SharePoint 2013 on premise server and recently we have changed the user principal name in active directory and since then SharePoint people search has been stopped working. We looked in to logs and no error messages found. Also we ran a full user profile synchronization and full crawl for people search content source. But they didn't fix the issue. We checked the search service and user profile service and they are up and running. Appreciate if someone can assist us to figure out this issue.
