CRM - Phonecall table - Call Answer Rate calculation

I am using the MS Dynamics CRM database to ascertain phone call received data such as the number of calls received through each Que and answer rate (I am new to CRM DB), However I am struggling to find the unanswered calls and answered calls etc. Can anyone please help here?
