Cannot reset any password in the organization including the owner's one
Hello!
We are currently struggling with an issue when working with external organizations in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. When some of our employees are invited by an external organization, they cannot access their accounts by company email. On the other hand, when they try to reset the password, it shows that only admins of our organization can change the password.
The problem is that there's one admin, but he cannot reset his own password. Even when he tries to go through the password reset procedure and at some point he has to contact the technical support, he gets an error saying that "the resource you have requested is not found" with id weu#815c9fc7-78d3-4631-9912-cac2f26792ba and error code 0.
Is there any other way to reclaim the workspace by someone else or reset the admin's password?
