    The service you are looking for is "Cognitive Services".
    Cognitive Services has the API for Text Analytics

    @Suhaib Khilji Text Analytics, QnaMaker and Language Understanding are now offered under one resource called Cognitive services for language. You can check the documentation here for more details. The following should be the resource that you should choose from Azure portal during creation.
