MS graph signin/authorize and consent with us since user had clicked add our application's button in Microsoft teams

Question

Normally, users can be authorized MS graph or accept the consent when they get into our application. To make it easier, I'd like to move this thing to get the user's authorize since the user had clicked add our application for the first time of installation as in the image below. We will, like, tell users about our consents or what needs need to be accepted to give us an authorized token on this page. But, I don't know the way how to deal with it or code it.

@Janraluek, Jirayu - Add button event is the part of Teams platform so we cannot handle sign in/authentication event on Add button.
