Please check and confirm the following information with us before troubleshooting this issue.
- Are you using Microsoft 365 Apps? Please go to File>Account in Word app to check and share the detailed version with us.
- When did this issue start? Have you installed any third-party Add-ins for Word before this?
- Does Word have this issue when not in a Teams meeting?
Please check and try the following steps.
- Go to C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates folder, find and rename Normal.dotm to oldNormal.dotm. It is a template file of Word, when Word is opened again, a new one will be automatically generated.
- Try to switch to other browsers or reset the Edge.
- If the above does not work, please try to repair your Office.
