Accessing Microsoft Specialist Badges

Hello,

I took a Microsoft Word and PowerPoint class at my high school almost two years ago and had passed the Microsoft Office Specialist exams for Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint. I have just now recently received my physical certifications due to Covid disrupting classes.

I wanted to go ahead and get my badges to include on my resume but they weren't there. Is this because it's been so long since I've tried to access them? If that's the case, is there a way for me to retrieve them?

Thanks!
