Issue after vive deployment

We have deployed the MS default viva app and to test we blocked and after allowing the app again I can not see the stuff when we click on viva icon. Please find attached screenshots. It is same issue for all users inclduing global and sharepoint admins

is it a bug? if yes, please share me Microsoft supported article on this saying it as a bug.

It is urgent request. Please help

Thanks for your feedback. I did the same test in our environment and also can reproduce this problem in Teams client. It seems happened in all user accounts. The test result is like the following picture for your reference:

We will do some further investigations on this problem. If there is any new update, we will post it here.

Is it bug? If yes can u give MS link saying it is bug.

At present. we did not find any official document can prove it is bug. Considering your question is urgent, We recommend you open a ticket to get more efficient support. The support engineer will collect your backend log file and analyze this problem exactly.

Meanwhile, we will continue work on this issue. Any update I will post here.
