Hi, my laptop (ASUS ZenBook UX433FA Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U) running last version of Windows 10 Home edition (21H1). Windows Update tells that "This PC can run Windows 11" and PC Health Check points also the same "This PC meets Windows 11 requirements". Windows Update works properly, all software and drivers are up to date. Also contacted with ASUS official manufacture support to clarify that exactly my laptop model is ready for update or not and they send me email "Dear Customer, Your laptop should have already received an upgrade offer." So, I don't understand why I can't get normal update offer from Windows Update center without installer assistance. Please explain and help with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Upgrade will be released in phases , so if you don't see it yet, don't worry, you have to wait for it to become available. Sometimes, the Windows team are still testing and evaluating a product before releasing the update.
However, if you want to install it right away, then you may perform a manual upgrade using:

However, I advise you to wait.
