Hi @Arnab Das ,
All 28 employees need pro licenses to view shared dashboard.
If you don't want to purchase Power BI Pro, you can purchase the Power BI Premium licenses.

Hi,
Currently we are trying to deploy a Power BI solution for one of our clients. They have Microsoft 365 Business Basic for their employees (28 employees) and one Power BI Pro license.
If we deploy a Power BI dashboard as Embedding for your organization, and share the embedded dashboard as an AAD authenticated website, will there be any problem with the Microsoft Licensing Compliance?
If so, is there any Power BI Pro License vs viewers without license within organization ratio?

How is Premium going to help them? 28x10 = 2800 euro while premium is 5000 and that per Month. I can't see how a small company wants to pay that amount per monthly basis only to few some basic reports.
Can this Microsoft Leann page get updated. its not clear if a Microsoft fabric free account can view shared power bi pro published reports internally!
