How to check the Data quality in azure sysnapse

I have a file how to check the data quality things in that file, like row count and how much data is perfect in all the columns.
for example take a date column, format of the date should be same in all the rows if any different format is there it should tell like in 100 rows we have 80 perfect and remaining are in different.
