Connect Sharepoint and Customize MSSQL

Hello,

I am now using SharePoint On-Premises. But I want to change SharePoint Online.
In on-premise, we are created customize MSSQL DB for SharePoint Data getting data from sharepoint and import to customize MSSQL DB using PowerShell. We got directly connect customize DB from Excel.

If we changed SharePoint Online, how can I do customize DB and import data from SharePoint Online using online Power Shell?

Please help me !
