Custom Outlook add-in grayed out Quick access Toolbar options

Hi Team,

I've built an Outlook add-in and installed it using .msi format.
Post installing the add-in, all the options in quick access toolbar has been grayed out. When I uncheck the add-in through COM add-ins option, toolbar options are enabled.

There are other add-ins which have no issues but only with my newly developed add-in.
I really need to use this add-in, hence seeking help here.

Microsoft Q&A doesn't offer the tracking system we need to help resolve your bug.
