It looks like there is a lack of permissions. Can you use https://jwt.ms/ to parse the token and provide a screenshot?

ok the create a chat, add member chat API will not work for client_credentials it will work only when will use grant type as authorization code or password.
Please let me know why my Add member API which error is coming, have you gone through the API permission? is it correct?

Please make sure that the user you log in is the owner of the chat.

The client credential flow cannot create a chat but can add a member to the chat.

I have logged in as an owner, but in postman, it is not working above forbidden error is coming.

Please let me know how I can fix it.
As I want to use it in my application.

I have reproduced your problem. This is because you created a one-to-one chat, so it does not support you to add members. You should create a group chat: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/chat-post?view=graph-rest-1.0&tabs=http#example-2-create-a-group-chat
