There is one unique scenario we are facing, where we have SharePoint 2013 on Azure along with SQL too. We have 2 WFE, 2APP and 2 SQl in Azure of domain called xyz.com.

Scenario 1:We need to migrate/move them(SP2013) to New Azure tenant which has a different domain name called ABC.com, however we still gonna move XYZ.com vanity domain to new Azure tenant (kind of additional domain to ABC.com). Here Users will still login with XYZ.com only (old domain).

Can someone please help me to outline the steps. Will it work if I create brand new farm and deoploy all solutions and then sync users with UPS? but can we fix permissions? users will still use same ID, but in new azure tenant.

Scenario 2: We need to migrate/move them to New Azure tenant with new domain called ABC.com. Here users will get new domain address as login. Can anyone of you please guide all the steps in this situation?

We are migrating AD to destination and we are not implementing any brand new domain there.

Source XYZ will be migrated to destination and at destination they will have two domains which are XYZ.com and already existing domain called ABC.com. Newly migrated users will still needs to be able to access SharePoint on Azure using XYZ.com after the move.

@Jerry Xu-MSFT - Just to clarify, is this an IaaS configuration? Which directory service are you using? ADDS or Azure Active Directory? How do users currently authenticate?
