I have immgrated, so i cant receive a pin from my old cell phone number. And i cant use a authenticator app to log into the app as it was on my South African phone which no longer has it? Theres no other way to sign in!

According to your description, it seems that your organization has configured Mobile Device Management. By the way, Intune is a Microsoft product which can apply such feature. So, we recommend you to confirm with your IT admin if this is the case or he could do something for you in his end.
