Alert Subscription with Alert Description

Hello,
I am running SCOM 2019 UR3. I setup a rule for SNMP alerts, and I setup a subscription to e-mail me when that rule is triggered, with a resolution state of "New", and when the alert description contains "invalid username/password". The e-mail does not go through. They only go through if I remove the alert description entry. I changed the alert description to equals instead of contains, and that didnt work. The description is as follows:

W 11/18/21 21:45:25 00419 auth: Invalid user name/password on WEB-UI session
User 'User' is trying to login from X.X.X.X

I need the alert description because I only want to be alerted when an invalid login was attempted. How can I get this to work?

    would you please provide a screenshot of the subscription config and the akert itself?
    Your problem description is complete, I just wonder if there is something we miss here.
