Are you talking about Recording scripts using JMeter ? What exactly you are trying to achieve using it ? Also, it looks like more of JMeter question rather than azure SQL issue.

I was not able to connect the Azure SQL Always Encrypted database due to issue with Decryption

Let me know the available options on how to connect Azure SQL Always Encrypted database without facing decryption issues.
