Cannot Update AksHci Cluster, even all Nodes are Up & Running

Hello,
I have created this issue on Github, about AKS on Azure Stack HCI:

The issue is that the certificates expired after 60 days (although they have 1 year validity), because I haven't upgraded the AKS HCI Cluster.
After trying to update the current state of nodes at the cluster is:
But the above commands fail:
And the billing status:

I don't want to Destroy the Cluster as I have apps that running on Workload Cluster
Do you have any suggestions of what may I check next?
